Fassity Home Care LLC is a distinctive accepting organization of dedicated staff that provides twenty-four (24) hours of Skilled Nursing, Personal Care, Respite Care, Home Health Aide, Companion, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services to our clients in need. We are state-Licensed and Bonded professionals to provide home health care to clients.

Fassity Home Care, LLC can provide a combination of services in your home – all under the direction of a trained physician. Working with your doctors, our qualified staff will:

  • Plan, coordinate, and provide personalized care to all clients – unique care for unique individuals
  • Affordable and cost-effective care services

All of our services are geared towards assisting individuals to be as healthy and independent as possible.

At Fassity Home Care LLC, Healthcare services can be provided in:

  • The patient’s home
  • Senior housing
  • An independent living facility
  • An assisted living facility
  • There may be situations where the client is cared for in school and hospital.
